Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Include original packaging

• Be free from damage caused by the customer

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final sale items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or customized products

• Items showing signs of wear or use

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
